The Cleaning duo who cleaned the house at the end of our lease were very good! They did a great job of making it the best it could be for an older house. We received our full bond back even though the company explained that they could not guarantee we would as it was an older house with age / wear and tear. The cleaning itself was fantastic! They actually came earlier than planned(but they gave me a call to notify me this one day prior) but there’s no issue. The team of cleaners answered my questions with details as well. However, I won’t be certain if I’m going to book another service with this company or not in the future due to their customer service. Well, they responded with manners but their update took so long even though I don’t believe that I’ve asked any impossible/difficult things. And they sounded like that they don’t have clear communication within the team as I had to explain same things over and over again for a couple of days. I felt so much frustrated to get what I requested(getting invoice, adding some comment in the invoice). After receiving 3 invoices, I finally got what I wanted. Anyway, hopefully everyone else gets their cleaning done without any hassle like I had!
